Dr. Ericka Brown Bayonne has worked over 20 years in state and local government and serves as Chief Communications Officer for the State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA), the Georgia Regional Transit Authority (GRTA). In this role, Dr. Bayonne serves two state agencies simultaneously. As Chief Communications Officer, she has oversight of marketing, communications and brand management for the Georgia Express Lanes System through the use of Peach Pass, the state’s all-electronic tolling technology for over one million accounts. She also oversees strategic communications for the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank, a grant and low-interest loan program administered by SRTA and GRTA the state level authority that addresses mobility, air quality and land use in metro Atlanta.
