Human Resources Business Partner
Current* Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives and action plans.* Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.* Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.* Identify training needs, design learning programs, and facilitate development opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.* Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, and advise management on legal and regulatory issues.* Support organizational change initiatives by assisting with communication, training, and employee engagement efforts to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.* Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture, including implementing programs to foster diversity awareness and cultural competency.* Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.* Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees or departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
