Provides youth with training, counseling and education to ensure success with their future. This program helps them achieve their academic goal of passing their GED exam and with furthering their education and/or career path. The program plays a crucial part in repairing and providing aid in the issues the youth in our communities face. With my degree and aspiration to join law enforcement this internship provides a restorative justice aspect to my learning. I get to be apart of the end to the "education to prison pipeline" and be a role model for the "at-risk" youth. Instead of having a warrior mentality I am gaining a guardian mentality and can use this in my future career.

-Provide assistance to athletic teams and clubs -Manage performance and operations of the fitness center -Report back to direct supervisor with any issues

-Direct and answer all phone calls or questions-Check all students (swipe in) and make sure they are cleared to be on campus grounds-Ensure that everyone entering McCann is following protocol and wearing a mask
