At Heiser Valuation Services (HVS), I have the opportunity to perform business appraisals and offer consulting services to clients in various industries for various purposes including estate, gift, marital dissolution, sales negotiations, buy-sell agreement compliance, etc. I also prepare damages calculations for wrongful death, personal injury, and business interruption. I enjoy working closely with my clients to understand what makes their business special and what generates value. At HVS, I don't provide "cookie-cutter" reports but rather perform the necessary analysis and write smart reports to ensure every reader can follow along with our calculations and reasoning. I pride myself on writing concise, yet thorough, reports to "connect the dots" of business valuation theory and economic reality. In addition to serving my clients with their valuation needs at Heiser Valuation Services, I have a true passion for sharing messages through public presentations to motivate audiences take care of themselves so they can better serve others. Oftentimes we go through life “asleep” and afraid to take the necessary steps to a better life. I am a co-founder and former president of Day of Excellence, Inc., former Budget and Finance Director of South Canyon Lutheran Church, former board member of the Leadership South Dakota Board of Directors. I was honored to be named the Young Professional of the Year in 2009 by the Young Professionals Group of Rapid City. I am a graduate of Leadership Rapid City Class of 2009 and a graduate of Leadership South Dakota Class of 2015.
