As Project Manager, Software Release Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, she has managed small to mid sized teams throughout the system development lifecycle; serves as primary interface with the government Program & Technical Directors regarding program/project issues; serves as a technical leader for the integration of requirements as well as guides users in formulating and analyzing requirements, concepts, documentation, and high level systems architectures to develop system requirements specifications; collaborates across system/application development and works collaboratively in multi-vendor engagements; directs system development, implementation and planning through assessment and preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration test plans; plans, executes, and manages programs involving multiple projects or task orders including managing risks, resolving discrepancies, and creating solutions to ensure that technical deliverables, quality, and schedules are implemented within the estimated timeframes and budgets.
