Currently, I am providing contract support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), where I specialize in Mission Assurance. This role builds on years of contract support for the Joint Staff, J8, Joint Requirements Office for CBRN defense. I have proven skills as a Senior Exercise Planner and have been acknowledged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CBRN and bioterrorism. Provided support to Combatant Commands and NATO to develop and facilitate tabletop and senior leader exercises to enhance CBRN defense. My experience extends to collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office. A distinct asset I bring to the table is my ability to seamlessly blend DoD and U.S. government requirements, ensuring cohesive and efficient project execution. I hold a range of certifications and specializations, including Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Operations (COOP). Additionally, my expertise encompasses the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), National Incident Management System (NIMS), Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP), and the Incident Command System (ICS).
