I founded Hyson Advisory with a strong passion and mission to empower staffing industry CEOs to break through plateaus, accelerate growth, and lead their teams into the future.Career Highlights:I spent nearly 20 years at ettain group as an executive and investor, playing a pivotal role in growing the company from a start-up to one of the largest national recruitment and IT solutions firms in the country. In my last four years with ettain group as COO, I was instrumental in trailblazing the firm's first private equity partnership, building economies of scale, embracing innovation and technology, and creating value for shareholders.Passionate about improving customer experience through technology and service, I pivoted to lead early-stage SaaS firms TextUs and WorkN. As President and investor at WorkN, I helped the company achieve 700% revenue growth and a successful acquisition by Avionte in under two years, playing a pivotal role in the digital transformation across the staffing industry.I’m honored to be a three-time recipient of the Global Power Women in Staffing list by Staffing Industry Analysts and was recognized as a Staffing Industry Analysts DE&I Influencer in 2022. Currently, I serve as Chair of the ASA Women’s Leadership Council.On International Women's Day 2022, I launched my first book, Together We Rise, with 14 incredible "Lady Leaders." We hope that our stories inspire and encourage others to elevate more women into leadership roles in the staffing industry. Proceeds from speaking engagements and book sales benefit the ASA women’s scholarship program, which has funded eight scholarships since the book launched.In addition to coaching and offering growth advisory support for CEOs, I serve on the Board of Directors for 2 privately held staffing firms, and as an Advisory Board Member to a growing SaaS firm. My non-profit Board experience includes serving the Colorado Technology Association Board of Directors and service for All in to Fight Cancer, which honors my friend Rob Eubank’s legacy- a man who embodied compassion and courage, who had the idea to start a charity that raised money by playing poker. We’ve been playing cards in Rob’s memory since 2011, continuing to honor his wish to fight cancer while enjoying the company of good friends, raising over $2.5M to support the community.
