Current-Oversight of daily operations and supervision across 7 health care facilities with more than 150 staff members under Deputy Director. Meet all corporate and facility compliance standards and requirements.-Executive Leadership representative at internal & regional meetings, Community Advisory Board reunions & community events.-Liaison for I.T., Facilities, Biomed/Crothall, Hospital Police, Patient Relations, Quality Assurance, Cardinal, Environmental Services, among others, for coordination and resolutions to specific needs.-Develop workflows, strategize daily operations for efficiency, enforce policies & procedures, and in conjunction with leadership, make impactful changes to improve patient experience and increase revenue.-Responsible for PCMH daily operations and reaccreditation to remain in compliance with NCQA. Spearheaded performance improvement projects alongside Regulatory Affairs, NCQA, Clinical & Nursing teams. Worked with EPIC team to develop validated reports.-Manager of Referral Department, collaborated with EPIC team to develop productivity trackers to monitor staff output. Training/Development for staff to ensure compliance is met and maximize productivity.-Manager of Health Information Technology, monitored and reviewed patient & attorney requests, subpoenas, etc. to assure complete and accurate release of information. Resource for providers, staff & patients. Worked in conjunction with Verisma to provide expedited service.-Manager of Patient Relations, accountable for outreach, resolution, and reporting to risk management for complaints, grievances & occurrences throughout our facilities. Presented and discussed with regional leadership and risk management to find proactive resolutions for any site occurrences and for possible future challenges.-Manager for Language Access, involving cultivating and activating contracts with multiple translation services. Coordinate training of staff on use of services to ensure proper patient care.
