Omnichanel Sales Operations Specialist
Current- Support the management of existing B2B accounts with a positive sales and service mentality
- Process purchase orders, manage inventory and handle customer needs, both large and small
- Utilize reporting to effectively manage the customer relationship and to enhance sales effectiveness
- Use CRM to document sales activities and track sales against plan
- Track inventory levels for all sales channels and track incoming inventory from the factory
- Own the communication with Distribution Center and address any issues as they arise
