About Eric Kagan

Principal of KGN Holdings and Founding Partner of SierraMaya360. KGN Holdings invests and develops Real Estate as well as supporting companies at various stages of growth and financing. SierraMaya360 makes investments in early-stage companies focused in the high tech industry and provides advisory services for companies with a focus on growth and financing. Prior to SM360 and KGN Holdings, Eric founded Access Northeast, a Data Center, Cloud & Managed Services Provider in the Greater Boston region where I served as the Chief Technical Officer and also oversaw financial operations, helping the company grow from a startup to over $20M+ in revenue before successfully exiting to a Massachusetts’ Based Private Equity firm. Access Northeast was merged with Xand of Westchester County, NY and DBSI of Pennsylvania to form the largest privately-held Data Center Services firm in the Northeast region. I remained with Xand as a Strategic Advisor and Board Observer until the sale to Tierpoint.I currently serve on advisory boards for several portfolio companies and also a member of Investors Collaborative, an investment group with a collection of experienced investors and entrepreneurs based primarily in the Northeast. I also work with numerous local non-profit organizations with varying missions.
