Expertise in developing a clear set of goals and objectives in plan developments while maintaining the essential functions of organization, teamwork, and effective communication. Currently on a mission to change, lead and inspire my community especially the troubled youth dealing with mental health crises . The need for higher education, decrease in childhood neglect /abuse and a cease to the rapidly increasing homicide rates among the city's youth and establishing a foundation for our young men/women; those are my driving forces!
