PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY In my 15+ years of experience working in the social sector, I have developed an understanding of how the sector works and the leadership challenges that they face at all levels of their organizations. Since 2010, I have run Every Level Leadership (formerly known as Social Change Diva) which is a minority, woman-owned leadership development firm that helps socially responsibly businesses and organizations develop leaders. I am an experienced teacher, coach and facilitator with extensive experience in adult learning, skills development and group dynamics. I have designed and led over 20 annual education conferences, designed interactive trainings for groups as large as 1000 and as small as 18.
