Instrumental in developing the qualitative evaluation process for PSE’s 2021 All Source RFP, used to determine the suitability of new resources in the single largest RFP issued by PSE to date, seeking over 527MW of new capacity.One of two commercial managers who negotiated and executed power purchase agreements for 20-year 200MW Golden Hills Wind Project deal with Avangrid Renewables and 20-year 465MW hydropower slice deal with Chelan PUD.Led power supply agreement negotiations for the largest solar farm in WA State, 150MW Lund Hill Solar Project, while the project experienced commercial online date delays due to COVID-19 pandemic related causes.PSE is one of Washington State's largest investor owned utilities and stands at the forefront of change in how it will source power to its nearly 1.1 million electric customers in the coming years.

Guided a 10 person team to optimize project scope and capital spend for planned outages occurring throughout our conventional power fleet. Streamlined collaboration across a matrix organization with groups that included Safety, Quality, Engineering, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Services. Constructed technical review of capital projects to validate and analyze ROI in order to optimize capital allocation strategy across fleet operations budget, resulting in a $28M savings through the identification of non-congruent projects.Implemented strategies for continuous fleet-wide maintenance planning, asset reliability, training and best-practice sharing resulting in ~8% year over year improvement.Examined and analyzed large data sets using multiple data sources (SAP, GADS, etc.) to provide timely, accurate C-level presentations of mission-critical business metrics and trends in plant operations performance.

Developed and implemented short and long-term business plans for maintenance and contractor management processes to manage ~$300M annual portfolio of planned outages.Constructed detailed O&M proformas for repowering/new build projects proposals with a cross-functional team comprised of Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, and Treasury. Primarily focused on aero-derivative and frame engines for stand-alone, combined cycle, or co-generation configurations. Project manager for a $16M steam turbine restoration project resulting in 110MW of additional generation capacity to the greater New York region. A Fortune and S&P 500 company, NRG is a leading U.S. integrated power companysupported by approximately 23,000 MW of generation and serving approximately 3.1 million customers.

Served as the key US submarine force planner at Headquarters for Western Pacific Submarine Operations, collaborating with the allied navies of Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Australia that resulted in over 27,000 unit-hours of coordinated at-sea operations. Executed over 190 multi-disciplinary military exercises with coordinated operations of over 345 ships, including the national response to the sinking of the South Korean warship, Cheonan.

Led and coordinated multiple teams across divisions to execute day-to-day operations for $2.86B ballistic submarine, USS Nevada. Supervised 35 team members.
