• This role involves creating detailed and precise scale models for architectural presentations and exhibitions.• Translate architectural drawings, design concepts, and render produced by the architects into detailed architectural physical scale model. • Presenting physical models to clients for design approval.• Utilize workshop skills including 3D printing, laser cutting, woodworking, painting, etc. Proficient use of power tools and machines including table saw, band saw, disc sander, vinyl cutter, laser cutter, 3D printer, spray paint equipment.• Manages all workshop machinery and replenish materials. • Follow safe work procedures & maintain safe environment.• Requires creativity, attention to detail, craftsmanship, problem solving, communication, patience, focus, and time management to meet project deadlines and budgets.• Ability to work independently. • Projects also include set design and furniture making

• Draft and organize technical drawings for patio building including site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, and construction details designed for residential buildings. • Ensure all drawings and documents comply with local building codes and regulations.• Work closely with the builder and assist in resolving design and construction issues during planning phase• Conduct site visits for check measures and site condition
