I am a licensed attorney in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In my current role as Service Delivery Associate at Deloitte I supervise contract attorneys and help manage document review projects. I have performed first level, quality management, statistical quality assessments, privilege and consistency reviews, privilege logging and redactions on a wide range of projects in English and in Spanish, including litigations, patent disputes, internal investigations and requests for information from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. I have crafted and executed searches and I have prepared case reports for counsel.Prior to my role at Deloitte I worked as a corprate attorney where I represented and advised clients in various aspects of corporate law, including acquisition and disposition transactions, financings, private placements, securities law, general corporate law and formation of business organizations.
