I am currently running a start-up financial management Consultancy Company dedicated towards providing personalised advisory services to clients. Our main aim is to assist clients make sound financial decisions by undertaking business planning research for their projects, undertaking budgets and feasibilities before project implementation, and where necessary undertake financial reviews of the projects as they are running.We aim to provide a holistic and simplified approach to financial planning and monitoring for entrepreneurs that will give them peace of mind before and after implementation of their projects. My main source of experience has been working within accounting and finance offices in various industries and undertaking management of distressed companies whose financial planning needed deeper understanding to prevent them being placed in receivership or liquidation.

Before embarking on consultancy services, I served as a Finance Manager at Mini Group of Companies within the Real Estate Department servicing the East African Region and Mozambique. I played this role for approximately 5 years. My main duties were oversight over Finance , Audit, Administrative, Operations and Planning aspects within the various Real estate development companies, Property Management Companies, a Project Management Company, Construction Company and a Real Estate sales company .I also oversaw the Finance and Planning aspects of a Property Sales Company within the Group.

My main functions were undertaken within the Business Review and Crisis management department within their Advisory practice. The work involved working on forensic investigation projects,undertaking business reviews as contracted by various clients and managing companies that were placed under receivership with the firm's partners. The works involved a lot of research and analytical reviews,learning new fields that we were involved in and alot of planning and management functions to ensure the projects were delivered within time and with the highest standard of accuracy.

I began my career in banking as a finance back office officer and rose to the level of heading a branch within the bank's network.My main roles as i left the company were in branch management and operations,business development,risk mitigation and branch team leader over all the staff members assigned to the branch.
