One of the best ways of being thankful for your colleagues and the company is by creating quality work that is easy to maintain to avoid adding pressure and frustration to those around you.𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤Born and raised in Costa Rica, Erick was called to stop being a big fish in a small pond, instead going out and learning from bigger fishes, the only way to do so was to jump into bigger ponds, setting himself out for bigger challenges.From his early years his passion for understanding how computer programs were created drew his attention to Computer Science, while in his teenage years his desire to understand himself, led him to a spiral of psychology books and personal discovery that guided his personal and professional philosophies.This eagerness to grow made him go from excited and passionate to learn, to lost and frustrated, even doubting if he could do this for the rest of his working years. Decided to break this frustration cycle he set up to find the path of career fulfillment.Outside of the software industry, Erick enjoys practicing functional/Crossfit training, trailing, helping others with their finances and investments, and getting to know way more about the beautiful nature that Costa Rica and the rest of the world have to provide, surrounded by friends, family, my dogs, and my wife. 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠:With a desire to succeed in a foreign industry, after more than 9 years working with U.S. clients, Erick realized that he could have sped up his career if he had clarity since his starting years as an engineer.
