I oversee and produce content for the social media presence of all City Roots restaurants: Anixi, Coletta, Beyond Sushi, Sentir, and Willow in New York City. This includes managing the social media accounts for each restaurant as well as the profiles of the owner and head chef. My responsibilities encompass crafting engaging content, administering all social media platforms, collaborating with influencers, and devising innovative strategies to boost followership, engage a global audience, and drive sales growth.

I execute online marketing initiatives, including paid ad placements, affiliate programs, email promotions, and viral marketing campaigns on social media. On a daily basis, I manage and create opportunities for clients, planning and preparing advertising and promotional materials to boost sales of products and services for various companies. By cultivating organic connections with loyal followers through high responsiveness and activity, I have successfully grown a following of over 43,000+.

I was one of the founders of Plantega, an idea I conceived and executed with the team at Effect Partners. I played a key role in building relationships with businesses, creating and managing all social media content, and handling day-to-day operations on social media. Additionally, I developed partnerships with brands and successfully scaled the business.

I monitor budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions to ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted. I manage and operate both restaurant locations in Brooklyn and the West Village, overseeing the full staff, daily food deliveries, customer satisfaction, and food health inspections. Additionally, I organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel issues, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance. I also develop a weekly schedule for social media content planning, production, and execution of campaigns, successfully garnering over 50,000 loyal followers in one year.

I created this boutique where I sold independent artists' art and clothing brands, hosting some of the biggest names in the industry like Kid Super, Gashi, and many more when not many people knew who they were.
