I'm a Venture Capitalist and first time Fund Manager located in Silicon Valley. As the CEO and Managing Director of ADONYX, I look forward to networking with and investing alongside members of the Venture Capital, Private Equity and Hedge Fund areas of Finance, including Institutional Firms, University Endowments, Family Offices and Sovereign Wealth Funds. We are a company that builds companies and we are taking what may be considered an unorthodox approach to Venture Capital. We have already formed the companies in which we plan to invest, giving us greater control and flexibility over all aspects of financing and scale. We have an industry agnostic, profit-first investment strategy that focuses primarily on funding high growth businesses with proven business models that can innovate as they grow. Our firm is creating an end-to-end operations platform designed to execute our proprietary methodology and give our portfolio companies all of the resources needed to scale from Inception to Exit. I am the creator of the Venture Index concept. A Venture Index is a sector specific, venture backed, publicly traded parent company with a portfolio of profit-first subsidiaries. This concept allows us to expedite the public filing of the parent company while creating an interconnected ecosystem of companies that supports its growth and adds incremental value, quarter after quarter.The Early Stage portion of our inaugural fund will seed the Venture Index which will, in turn, be responsible for developing its portfolio of subsidiaries. We will replicate this model across sectors and take each Venture Index public when it has reached the standard public filing qualifications. Venture Index subsidiaries will be given a 36-month "Seed to Series A" directive, at which time we will lead their Series A from the Growth portion of our fund alongside other VCs and strategic Corporate VC partners. We also have a portfolio of support companies that provide additional leverage through Franchising, Media Production, Software Development and Intellectual Property Research. These companies forge Joint Venture partnerships with a Venture Index and form new companies dedicated to generating more revenue and creating additional value.
