Few companies can recover from laying off 34% of their staff months after moving into huge new offices, and Jobster was no exception. The lessons from Jobster helped the founding team build successful companies at Fab.com, Urbanspoon, Bacon Salt, and RealSelf.

In 1996, built websites for the launch of IE 3.0, which launched CSS, JavaScript and plug-ins (ActiveX).MetaBridge pivoted from a consulting company to a product company (Netpodium) with a WebEx-like product available as SaaS. Netpodium was bought by INTERVU in 1999, which was bought by Akamai. Akamai shut down the WebEx-like service during the dot-com bust.
