Business Development Manager
Current• Initiate new business relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities for Premier Therapy’s contract therapy services within Midwest Regional Market• Directly responsible for substantial increase in new Skilled Nursing Facility Therapy contracts in assigned territory• Manage all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving sales targets. Specific responsibilities include implementation and management of new CRM system; marketing and business development strategy; targeted email marketing; multiple channel prospecting; pipeline management; and securing new business commitments. • Create high leverage referral network with industry leaders including Clinical Consultants, Business Analysts, and other high value contacts. Increase brand recognition and develop new relationships through successful placement of Education Programs in key venues. Develop and present in-person seminars, as well as remote webinars which facilitate new contact development, and demonstrate value within target market.• Received “Employee of the Quarter” Award – 2nd Quarter, 2019
