* Been in the tire industry for 18+ years with about 7+ years as Head of Operations.Since the inception of Ruben's Tires opening it's doors as a small business I have been employed since 2005 while still being in high school. All of my training has been in-house.* Responsible for day to day operations and financials.As head I have been tasked with everything day to day operations and financials. As more experience I gained over the years the more I have been able to better "steer the ship" to position the business in even more advantageous position then previously before. * Responsible maintaining warehouse accounts for retail sales purposes.*Responsible for training, reminding, and helping the team.As head while I always trust my team due to the nature of how dynamic the business is, it is always the in best interest for me to look out for the team when possible in events the team may have never encountered before. When needed I take the time to teach and educate the process, the why, and any optics that that be applied to further enhance optimization of the team.Highlights:* Overtime organized the structure and modify the business as needed resulting for a better overall workflow.
