US Army Veteran of 4 years who worked as a Water Treatment Specialist and Team Leader while serving our country. Formerly held a Secret Clearance. Spent the last 5 years in wastewater treatment performing distribution and clean effluent back into the water streams but always held a strong interest in the Information Technology industry and decided it was time to pursue a professional career in IT. Attended LeaderQuest, an ACI Learning Company for Information Technology and Cyber Security courses through the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program. Courses included PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+. Currently working towards an ITIL certification and plan to secure A+, Network+, and Security+ by December 2023. Seeking entry level opportunities in areas including IT Specialist, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk or Technical Support.
