As the Operations and Training NCO, I was charged with developing and implementing Operation Plans detailing the Marines’ response to every potential threat and conduct training to ensure each detachment was adequately prepared to carry out the Operation Plans with no margin of error. I was also responsible for managing the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer as well as other equipment, weapons and ammunition assigned to the Marine Detachment.
