I perform the task of owners representative at various NYC area construction projects. I insure that work being performed by mechanical piping and structural erection companies is being per as per all applicable industry codes and standards. I interact with the construction management company to bridge the gap in the technical demands of the structural steel and high-pressure and gases piping codes to minimize the work delays from improperly assembled and filed transmittals and documentation. I advise the field personnel in means and method guidelines as they relate to their work being code acceptable. I write field reports advising the owner, construction, engineering, and quality personnel of day to day advances in progress and any areas where code quality is not being maintained.

Review of bolted and welded structural steel construction under AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.4, & D1.8, and welded piping installations under various ASME / API codes.

I performed structural steel inspections at the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. Insuring the acceptable assembly of welded connections as per the AWS SD1.1 2010.

I performed inspections of autogenous stainless steel tubing at the Samsung semiconductor fabrication plant in Austin, TX as per the in house quality code and the applicable ASME standards.
