I have been in the veterinary industry for 30 years in many roles and leadership capacities. I presently lead a field service team of technical implementation specialists in the diagnostic radiology segment across vast geography in North America and Canada. I love being with a company that offers me the opportunity and the autonomy to effectively manage my team and make a positive impact on our customers as we can offer a solid servitization model. Specifically, my expertise is leadership in veterinary diagnostic imaging with an emphasis on digital radiography and ultrasound, but I also have good experience in compliance and lean methodology. I have enjoyed contributing to the development of the IDEXX product offerings and appreciate the innovative environment. It is important to me to maintain a work/life balance. When I'm not at IDEXX I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors.
