Versatile Sales Executive with 33 years in the alcohol beverage industry. Extensive experience in partnering and winning with distributors, suppliers and retailers. Proven success in developing strategic sales and marketing programs that are effective in today's complex 3-Tier alcohol beverage system. For me, it's all about the people. At Heineken USA and now at Fintech, I have assembled winning, high performing teams through trust, integrity, coaching and accountability. Over the last 5 years, I have completely transformed the DST (Distributor Sales Team) growing from 4 individuals to 15 and have positioned Fintech as a trusted and valuable partner with over 4,815 distributors alcohol across the country.
