Built and maintained sales demonstration server. Installed, configured and maintained IIS, SQL Server and custom applications that included a Content Management System, Knowledge Base System, Case Tracking System and Payment/POS system. Built out demo sites to match potential client’s needs. Provided technical support to a 10 person sales staff, completed software demonstrations of division product line (5 + products), assisted in RFP responses (provide technical response), completed network diagrams, acted as technical liaison between sales staff and client IT staff. Managed InfoSpherix’s ReserveWorld business development activities: new and base accounts. Conducted thorough oversight management for several reservation contact centers on national and state levels. Worked closely with federal and state officials to match solutions to program needs. Sustained strong, professional relationships with clients. Managed corporate presentations and solution demonstrations on-site or via webinar. Consulted and collaborated with client staff to design and implement marketing and public awareness campaigns. Contributed as writer, editor, and reviewer on responses to Requests for Proposals. Developed and maintained public internet sites and in-park field applications for several reservation projects. Developed and maintained E-Resources for each project. Developed and maintained intranet resources for each contract (CSR Call logs, Help Desk Trouble Ticket software). Developed and maintained company Technical Service Request System (TSR). Maintained all Credit Card software (IcVerify/WebAuthorize) and servers for each contract. Conducted field training on all ReserveSuite applications, helped design database schemas.
