My business card says Sr. Community Manager. Anyone in property management knows that’s quite an understatement. When you get down to it, I’m a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, I’m creative, intelligent, resourceful, and a technical nerd. I’m also a big believer in doing the right thing, and creating an experience with a lifestyle in mind. That’s what makes me an excellent Community Manager. My residents don’t make decisions to rent solely based on features and benefits, they rent based on emotion, “gut feelings”, and the promise of our brand. We as people, buy when we are moved, we buy when we are captivated and engaged to the point where we drop what we are doing and we say, “Oh, heck yes. I want some of THAT”.And so in my position, I teach the people that I lead, how to create that reaction in their prospects, future residents, and even current residents. I mentor, and develop my team members to create memorable, personal, and engaging experiences. I am open, industry experienced, easy going, result driven, and hungry to learn. Let’s chat!
