• Implementation of short, medium and long-therm production plan to fit the demand and guarantee finished goods deliveries on time.
• Reegineering of work processes and plant quality management in order to improve quality index (from 75 up to 92% in 2 years).
• Coordination of efforts to implement Lean 6 Sigma Projects and Operational Excellence (substitution of raw materials, reduction of cleaning costs (for all reactors lines), headcount optimization improving plant.
• Implementation of safety programs (e.g. skin protection program, ergonomics improvements, raw material substitution or elimination)
