Erick Moreno recently graduated with a dual degree in Computer and Industrial engineering at one of the world's finest STEM+B institutions, Kettering University. Formerly known as General Motors Institute (GMI) , Kettering University has a Co-op program that is built into the curriculum that is second to none. As a Kettering alumni, Erick has had (2) internship/ co-op rotations that would translate to three (3+) years of work experience. Erick had the opportunity to work with a top micro-controllers manufacturer and supplier namely Microchip Technology, as well as research in Computer Vision and Autonomous Vehicles at Kettering University. Through varied experiences he was able to accumulate skill-sets in Neural Network, Circuit Design, Software Development and Communication Protocols such as CAN, SPI, UART, and I2C.As we speak Erick Moreno is active in his school community where he uses his office of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers to advocate for the students.
