Current-Provided routine reports on contract matters, data entry tasks, and legal research-Ensure contract amendments accurately reflect deal terms, negotiate agreements and finalizing for legal’s review;-Review contracts based on established playbooks and prepare redlines or summaries of deal terms for Corporate Legal;-Managed confidential transactions, including counterparties' documentation, finalizing approved contracts, and facilitating the execution of signed agreements.-Handle filing, archiving, and other general administrative duties.
