• An internally focussed result was completing the separation between RBS and ABN AMRO. A clone needed to be created of the main cash channel and the customers had to be migrated to the channel of their future bank

• Worked as IT Architect for ABN AMRO on a security initiative to develop a standard layer of cryptographic services to be used by all business applications.
• Developed the core specifications of the Identrus solution working with security experts of a number of global banks.

• Key achievement was a lead role in the re-engineering of the systems landscape. Over 70 independent country environments were migrated to a standard set of accounting systems and a redefined accelerated accounting.

• Key achievement was the development of a rule based interface module specifically focussed on implementing financial control requirements. Developed this solution to become a key component in IBM’s financial systems.
