With the use of testing equipment and learned knowledge I was required to make various decisions on how to best handle the repair of the customer's telecommunications system. These decisions were required to meet or exceed set company and PUCO standards. I typically handled over 100 calls in an 8 hour shift, working directly with the customers.

Duties included the management of operations, vehicles, building and vehicle maintenance, inventory control, sales, and customer service. Additionally developed and edited the company policy manual, lift documents, and in house IT person.Typically 40 + hours a week.

Small arms specialist first with the 7th Special Forces Group, then with the 2nd of the 508th parachute infantry in the 82nd Airborne Division. Saw combat action in Grenada 1983. After a parachuting accident, I retrained to become an illustrator. First serving with the 20th Engineers at the 18th Airborne Corps Headquarters, then running a team of illustrators at the 35th Signal Brigade. Medically discharged due to injuries from the parachuting accident.
