Call disposition data was returned to CuraScript for processing. This project increased company revenue and reduced operating costs. Xi-Pay – This project sought to replace credit card vendor with parent company vendor, as well as a complete re-write of the credit card processing logic using Java. Est savings of over $500k in reduced transaction costs in year one. I created the test plan, test scripts, expected results, and test data consistent with requirements and design documents.

Reduce Variation in Policy Service Representative (PSR) Responsibilities: Project was aimed at ensuring all PSR’s were providing the same level of service across teams. Determined teams servicing sales offices were performing different tasks making it difficult for mgt to eval performance. Teams performing more tasks per insurance app processed fewer apps than teams performing fewer tasks resulting in inequities in performance evaluations. Benefits included development of a standard task list, SLAs between offices, and more accurate performance appraisals.
