As an entrepreneur, investor, and business development expert, I have been involved in several industries. I started my professional career ten years ago, and since then, I have been growing, learning, and developing a solid network in great and challenging projects in different countries.The main focus of my professional career has been developing and growing businesses through good relationships and solid strategic plans. I have been able to launch several successful projects. One that brought me the most challenges and growth professionally was the creation, development, management, and successful sale of betmexico.mx, a licensed Mexican online sportsbook and casino.After a year of development, planning, and compliance work, we launched Betmexico in February 2021; we had a great first semester, growing each month and having around 32 thousand registered players. We were able to catch the attention of MGM and Ceasers as a well-managed new operation in Mexico.By the end of the first semester, a leading fintech group in Mexico knocked on our door to acquire betmexico.mx; The process of selling our operation gave me even more knowledge in a different perspective of business analysis and understanding. We finally sold the operation in November 2021.Within this experience, I have acquired two crucial qualities; the first is how to build and maintain high-value relationships and how to create win-win scenarios. I am confident that good, straightforward relationships with people bring great results.The second quality is problem-solving; in any business, there are always barriers to overcome, but there are always ways to resolve them with the right mindset and the proper understanding of the final goals of the company, knowing how to be flexible and creative within the real possibilities of the business.As an additional experience, I was involved in the merger between top-tier gaming companies in Mexico and Spain.
