With over fourteen years of experience as a highly skilled software engineer, my primary focus is on backend development, architecture design, and APIs. Over my career, I have gained a deep understanding of web and backend application development processes and lifecycles, consistently delivering great results to the companies and clients I have worked with.Currently, I am working as a software engineer at Coolblue (Netherlands), where have daily contact with multicultural teams and where I play a role in developing a solution that facilitates deals between internal buyers and external vendors. My expertise is in .NET technologies (C#, dotnet core and full framework) and also I had experience with other languages and frameworks, such as Java, Groovy, Spring Boot and Python. During my journey, I have tried to follow the best coding practices, design patterns, clean architecture, clean code and tests (Unit, Integration, etc).In addition to my backend expertise, I have proficiency in relational databases like MSSQL Server, MySQL, and others. I am well-versed in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. To continually enhance my skills and to keep my self updated, I actively explore emerging software architecture technologies, such as containers, integrations, event-driven architectures, and NoSQL databases. I have experience utilizing observability tools like New Relic, Datadog, Opsgenie, and Kibana. Previously, I worked as an integration architect, utilizing API Gateways to seamlessly integrate backend services with external APIs.
