As Manager of Marketing, Recruitment, and Communications, I develop and execute marketing plans for programs and prospective students at Confederation College, and oversee College-wide internal and external communications and public relations strategies.My responsibilities include developing and implementing the domestic recruitment annual plan, events, and staffing. I lead a team consisting of recruitment officers, recruitment liaison, graphic artist, social media specialist, communications consultant, web designer, marketing intern and student employees. I was responsible for managing logistics related to event planning, including invitations, RSVPs, and booking all necessary accommodations. I also liaised with various departments, institutions, agencies, and the public to ensure events were executed professionally.
