Although I always keep a keen eye on the big picture and how to get us there, I never forget to roll up my sleeves and contribute to the daily tasks at hand.Over the last 33 years, I've had the opportunity to perform essentially every role in our organization until taking over as President in 2007. As a leader, my goal is to be accessible, accountable and responsible. This aligns with our organization and how we value our co-owners and their contributions. Without them, there is no PMI.
