I act as McKinsey’s Chair of North America, leading the firm across the United States and Canada, and serving as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Operating Team. I serve the tech and industrial companies that are shaping today and the future. I previously served as McKinsey’s global CFO from 2020-2024. Before that, I had the privilege of leading the firm’s global Tech, Media, and Telecommunications practice and the West Coast region.I work with tech and industrial companies along all aspects of the value chain – large telco operators, leading software companies, leading tech conglomerates, semi-conductor companies, and emerging B2B startups, where I helped establish McKinsey’s efforts in this exciting space. I’m also a member of the Strategy & Corporate Finance practice, where I have helped advance McKinsey’s work in corporate growth.Deeply committed to increasing women’s participation in the workforce, I’m proud to have helped create our partnership with LeanIn.Org to develop a holistic diagnostic and longitudinal benchmark to understand how we can help companies create an environment for women to succeed.Outside of McKinsey, I serve on the boards of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Impact Through Golf, Cornell University and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. I’m an avid golfer and skier and a die-hard Yankees fan.
