I'd taken part in the engineering team working on Ben Visa Vale solutions. Due to my previous professional experiences, developing new features both on the front-end and back-end has been relatively easy. Regarding the backend, the applications are built on Spring Boot with Kotlin, according to the microservices' Hexagonal Architecture. And in the front-end, the main product is composed of domain-driven micro-frontends, built (with ReactJS + AntD), maintained and deployed individually, but served as a single integrated app thanks to the Single SPA framework.

During my time at Omni, I'd take part in the design/architecture of several software products that they planned to offer to the public by that time. Among them is an integrated Health Insurance managing platform (with appointments and chat/video-call for telemedicine etc). In addition to a platform for chatbots building that had an interactive tool to create scripted flows using BPMN-like techniques, as well as menus for registering Intentions and asynchronous training for the NLP engine to create less linear and more context-sensitive conversation flows through the use of Rasa AI features. Finally, it is worth mentioning that for this last project in particular, due to non-functional requirements related to performance, we decided to use a "homemade framework" built using the RxJS BehaviorSubject API to act like the app's state machine despite the more robust solutions like MobX or Redux.
