Selling the products quickly and efficiently, interacting with customers, report on the sales of products daily, recording daily shift analysis, record money safe drops, handling/input daily deposit, organizing and filing closed daily reports, give feedback to higher management about monthly reports, managing a team and strategizing to meet assigned tasks, tracking stock and inventory in the store, keeping track of monthly product and price sales in the store.

Y.O.U.T.H. (Young Organizers United To Help)A Summer program for Native American Children and Teens to develop a understanding of the Navajo culture and heritage by participating in group activities, seminars, and events. Which were held in the month of June or July. Funding was provided from the Navajo Nation, but due to recent change in funding of 2011. The program ended, the duties and responsibilities while working for the Y.O.U.T.H Program:Coordinate details of conference events, calculating budgets and expenses, propose ideas to improve event quality, book dates, schedule speakers and presenters, coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met, edit and design promotional materials, work with printer and designers to develop t-shirts and event invitations, organize and manage all event details such as décor, caters, entertainment, location, special quests, and prizes, recruit volunteer staffs to manage the event and clean-up crew.
