As a volunteer job, I have led the Parkfeest musical festival (www,parkfeest.nl) during a few difficult years. Under my guidance we managed to restructure and revive the festival, making it a again cultural and financially successful.Running the Parkfeest volunteer organization has been quite an experience: throughout the year it is a relative small organization that build up to that one weekend a year in which 500 volunteers entertain up to 15.000 visitors.
