Director Of Marketing Operations
CurrentResponsibilities include:• Lead in the strategic deployment and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, inclusive of marketing channel attribution, lead nurturing, marketing automation and reporting capabilities• Manage and maintain all digital marketing assets including websites, blogs, and social media accounts• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support business objectives• Implement, execute and optimize inbound marketing channel strategies to improve visibility, engagement and activation of targeted audiences• Design, maintain and distribute reporting products to monitor and communicate marketing channel performance to business units and leadership• Drive the development and adoption of marketing processes, analytics, reporting and technology to support and optimize business objectives• Implement and manage marketing analytics to effectively measure and optimize digital marketing KPIs & OKRs• Develop lead maturation and activation plans to increase interaction and engagement• Identify and communicate marketing and audience interest trends to improve the impact of offline events and industry activities• Monitor competitive marketing efforts and activities in order to develop a strategic digital marketing advantage in the marketplace• Design, develop and implement the Employee Advocacy Program to support business objectives for awareness and talent acquisition
