Trusted to lead the PE team as interim director, directly supporting the TSSL Senior Regional Director and 30 sites. Created cost cadences for the network to effectively manage performance and led the team through a successful organizational restructure to better align with customer needs. Responsible for driving process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the NACF Fulfillment Network. Successfully orchestrated daily and weekly cadence for the PE role while establishing vision for the site of reducing variation and climbing towards best in class performance.Identified and managed cost variation with input level management driven through partnership with GM. Partnered with best in class sites from to analyze, align, and implement best practices. This strategy translated to significant performance improvement and YoY cost savings.

Responsible for leading the ICQA (Inventory Control Quality Assurance) department in an effort to maintain accurate inventory reporting at Amazon PHX6 in compliance with SOX accounting standards (18 MM units). Trusted to examine historical (and projected) volume forecasts to determine staffing strategy each week. This process takes into consideration lean operation techniques, past performance, and site level goals to achieve optimal output.Directly supervised 4 salaried managers and 150 hourly associates. Created various network level process improvements that resulted in increased productivity YoY.

This was achieved by consistently focusing on safety, quality, customer experience and productivity of the AFE [Amazon Fulfillment Engine] (Sep 2016 - Feb 2018) pack department as well as the Outbound Pick (Jan 2016 - Sep 2016) department.Partnered with other Area Mangers and Ops Managers to balance labor ensuring that all operations within the Fulfillment Center are running an efficient shift.

SlapItOn, LLC was created by Mike Vanderjagt and other professional athletes as a direct competitor of FatHead. I was selected from over 100 competing students from ASU’s W.P. Carey Entrepreneurship School to help orchestrate the start up. Through this experience I was responsible for communicating with various businesses and high-level executives on a daily basis to organize potential partnerships. Additionally, I was trusted to run the day-to-day operations including managing our design team and printer partners while ensuring quality control. Other highlights include creating a successful business plan and pro forma statement that secured valuable angel investors.
