A new start up stand alone laboratory (LH Prime Medical Clinic) where I played a lead role in the initial conceptualization, from planning of the lay out of the laboratory, documentation of business processes such as patient registration, cashiering, pre-analytics like patient and specimen collection, analytical phase to include quality control, post analytical phase including reports releasing, archiving and specimen retrieval.
