- Work as 2nd in-charge of Administrative Services Department to supervise all-rounded administrative and supporting services to ensure the smooth daily operation of clinical services and the Complex, in particular during COVID-19 pandemic- Provide secretariat and executive support on various Hospital Committees including preparation on presentation paper, drafting meeting minutes and meeting arrangement- Perform site management including Facility Management to plan, monitor and supervise capital projects (e.g. ward renovation), minor works and Day-to-day maintenance to ensure all works could be completed on time and in order. - Act as Hospital Public Affairs Officer to handle & response to complaints / enquiries and assist Hospital Patient Relations Officer on drafting correspondences on administrative service-related subject- Support and supervise the Quality & Safety Services in WCHH including Emergency Preparedness, acting as Hospital subject officer for internal business-related emergencies, managing continuous quality improvement programme on hospital-wide Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) activities as well as incident management- Act as focal point to various external stakeholders including government departments and outsourced contractors

- Take role of in-charge, including staff training and monitoring- Perform administrative and clerical support for the daily operation- Provide customer services by face-to-face and by phone- Perform professional reception services - Handle complaints from patients- Conduct data analysis. compile statistical report on patient activities and morbidity data
