My vision of success is to be able to make a strong positive impact in the lives of the people I work with. As a bioinformatician, I dedicate my research to improving prognosis and outcomes, contributing to the understanding of cancer. Specifically, I am actively contributing to the field of cancer evolution by designing novel Bayesian machine learning software and performing spatial data analysis to shed light on the molecular state of the disease. With an extensive background in the computational and biological sciences, I have 6+ years of experience in digital pathology and software development for high throughput and high dimensional biological data.
