In Year 1, Operational Costs were reduced over $500k with subsequent run-rate reduction of more than $400k annually. - Coordinated resource scheduling and planning for the North American Oracle systems deployment. - Set-up and Maintained the Order Management project plan. - Performed Unit and integration testing of Oracle modules within the BCI business framework. Outcomes:- Scheduling and Conducting the conversion of legacy computer systems within the Beckman Coulter organization (over 600 separate tasks) in preparation for the North American implementation of Oracle ERP (Beckman Coulter Inc.). * Results: Hugely successful. Collaboration between interdependent groups allowed the conversions to finish early (realizing this is not always desirable) by nearly 48 hours in a very time-sensitive situation. - Developed the training schedule of 15 different groups within the Beckman Coulter organization (250+ people) in preparation for the implementation of an Oracle ERP system (Beckman Coulter Inc.). * Results: Each associate received from 10 to >60 hours of training plus a refresher training course for all associates prior to the “Go-Live” of Oracle ERP.

Three products launched on-time as planned; one product suffered a brief (2-week) delay due patent application process and legal review.
