One of my earliest school memories is from kindergarten, when my class was assigned to build a tower out of blocks in small groups. I remember working with other kids, where everyone had a chance to place blocks and contribute ideas on how to make the tower taller and sturdier. In the end, our teacher praised our group for building the tallest tower. She applauded us not because of individual efforts, but because we worked together. This experience taught me the value of collaboration, a lesson I've carried throughout my life as I strive to create environments that foster teamwork and shared success.From playing soccer in the school club to studying participatory approaches in sustainable development during my coursework, I've learned that teamwork is fundamental to effective leadership. I believe the most impactful solutions arise from ensuring every voice is heard and engaged. By working closely with people and key stakeholders, I help develop strategies that not only meet regulatory requirements but also resonate with those affected.I like to think of myself as a “boundary spanner,” bringing people and processes together, whether it’s building consensus among various parties or coordinating with diverse stakeholders. By representing external views within organizations, building relationships, and facilitating meaningful dialogues, I deliver impactful results that contribute to sustainable outcomes. Today, I continue to leverage my teamwork skills to bring together diverse perspectives and expertise, uniting people and ideas to DEVELOP ACTIONABLE SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS.
